Correct me if i'm wrong, but the Tickets id Field is int(11), this means: 
99999999999 -> 99.999.999.999 should be enough for this first time

Btw, we do around 1.000.000 Tks per week and still far away from this counter

I have instances with 300K tickets. And there is someone on this list that send 
a setup around 1M tickets ;)
