Hello, I need to make RT not send auto resolve emails to a specific email address out of a particular queue.
I have a custom "on resolve" Scrip set up for the queue, but its currently blank. I am not sure of the particular field or code that would be used to say "if the email address is this, then do not run this scrip". Can someone point me in the right direction?
