Kevin is there an issue with upgrading? I am still in the implementation stage and have not gone to production.

Test RT-4.2.0rc1 released today, you can group by multiple custom fields at the same time. Please don't upgrade your production instance, but testing in a VM with a copy of your data would be great. -kevin
