Double-check that you have the sufficient version for all of RT's dependencies. Specifically, what version of DBIx::SearchBuilder are you running? You can determine this by going to Admin → Tools → System Configuration, and searching for "DBIx::SearchBuilder" in the "Loaded perl modules" section. - Alex
