Alex, I think you have misunderstood -
Yes it is a text box and I would expect I can press enter twice to get a new paragraph. In this case, using Safari, 99% of the time, using "Comment" or "Reply", I cannot press enter. I have to press Ctrl Enter to get a new line. This seems to be a problem only in 4.2.1 though.
