I added a scrip 'On Correspond Notify Owner', that notifies the owner of a ticket when he/she is *not* among the AdminCCs. The change was simple enough to add.
The default behaviour seems counter-intuitive. Are there any good reasons for not doing this be default? - Vegard V -
