Condition: On Transaction Action: Notify Owners Template: Your custom tempalte will trigger anytime there's been a change. You'll have to craft your template to do something sane with $Transaction->BriefDescriptionAsHTML or by hand since the plain Transaction template won't handle all metadata changes. -kevin
