Hi, Running Rt Request 4.0.17 I use sharepoint forms ( InfoPath ) that when submitted they get logged into Rt Request 4.0.17. I am unable to see the images (Info forms) in the body of the tickets.
I have enabled richtext in the RT_SiteConfig.pm but it only shows some of the form and all the boxes are missing.
