Yes - from the docs (which are improved in 4.2.4rc1 because of a user contribution) https://github.com/bestpractical/rt/blob/stable/lib/RT/Users.pm#L548 It also wouldn't make a lot of sense to take an arrayref as an argument, but only use one value in the arrayref. -kevin
