Hello, is there a documentation about the differences between RT (and IR plugin) versions?
I need to report: 1. the functions of RT 3.0.12 and 4.0.20 2. the functions of IR plugin 1.0.5 and 3.0.2 In other words I would like to compare them in functionality and I need the basic function list of RT and IR (what functions does this ticketing system have).
