I answer to myself just in case some one ask the same question.
Two thing to do :
1/ Activate the
Set($MoreAboutRequestorTicketList, "Active"); (Default)
2/ put the information you want to see in
Set($MoreAboutRequestorExtraInfo,"WorkPhone,City");
