We are a small company but have noticed over the past couple of days that 
certain users, within a specific group/queue, are seeing multiple instances of 
their own name and a number of names that unrecognizable when they select the 
drop down menu labeled “Owner” while accessing rt. Only 4-5 users have reported 
this issue, but it is not across the board; thoughts on how to fix? Thanks.
