Just to be clear here: *Broken*: Fetchmail from your RT server, pulling email from an account on your email server (exchange or whatever)
*Working*: Sendmail from your RT server, pushing notifications from the RT server to your email recipients The error you post, looks like sendmail errors... not fetchmail... /var/log/fetchmail.log Also, the fetchmail configuration file could be useful.
