I have some ticket Custom Fields for my Queue (e.g. MobilePhone).. Works Fine! I installed the Extension to scan my emails to set values of custom fields... works fine ! To set my Ticket Custom Fields, ok! But... is there a way to set another table like "Users. MobilePhone", maybe using a new template or new scrip? I want to do it on create a ticket from mail.
