We upgraded to 4.2.12 and everything looked ok. However, we are now unable to
submit tickets via email using rt-mailgate. I have seen many posts but none of
the proposed solutions seem to work. We are using the same command as we did
in 3.8.7 for sendmail . Here is our setup.
Perl: 5.16.3
Rt-mailgate is using sendmail
testemail: "|/apps/rt4/bin/rt-mailgate \
--queue 'General' --action correspond \
--url https://requesttracker.edu/ --no-verify-ssl"
In RT_SiteConfig.pm
Set($WebFallbackToRTLogin, "true");
Set($WebRemoteUserAutocreate, 1);
Error:
