Hi
I'm using RT 4.2.12 (currently) as a kind of booking system, and I have
a bunch of perl programs that use the REST interface to create and
modify tickets in various ways.
Articles would be a great place to keep templates for various automated
messages we send our clients, but the REST interface doesn't seem to
support articles.
Are there any plans for extending the REST interface (and the rt command
line interface) to include support for articles, even read only?
