Hello All,

I was wondering if there was a way to tracker a transaction of a ticket.
Here is the scenario I'm referring to.

The ticket is assigned an owner and then the owner reassigning the ticket.
This is recorded as a "Given" transaction in RT.

I would love a way to track these types of transactions.

I hope this makes sense.
