just upgraded from 4.2.10 to 4.4.1 when i click on jumbo for a ticket i see the following:

The dealbreaker here is obviously the error. I get this with no roles defined and then i created 1 "default staff role" and assigned it as a watcher to the default queue and get the same error any ideas?
