The RTAI list is hosted on mail.rtai.org, a.k.a. comedi.ucsf.edu. The RTAI-dev list is hosted on mail.gna.org. They're different because I never migrated the RTAI list. I gave up when I started to have a difficult time creating a list of actual subscribers (as opposed to former subscribers whose email just bounces.) Or, I'm just lazy.
