*Job Title : SAP NetWeaver / Application Services ArchitectLocation : Montvale, NJDuration : 1 year contractJD: key elements* Exposure to integration points between ECC, CRM, BW, MDM Development skills in the area of ABAP, Java and .Net. In-depth knowledge of application, database, system, and network design good knowledge of the Microsoft platform (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint) and the interoperability between Microsoft and SAP products *Responsibilities: * Participate in SAP NetWeaver solution design review sessions. Ensure timely technical issues identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation. Develop impact assessments as it relates to technical landscape changes / revisions / additions 30% - Work across process, data and information, and technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition and SAP NetWeaver architecture for the organization 25% -Work across technical architecture domains (application, integration, portal, etc) to identify and resolve issues and manage inter-dependencies 20% - Work with other teams (e.g. Basis, Architects) providing guidance and direction. Recommend technology alternatives that will meet business requirements 20% - Responsible for the SAP NetWeaver architecture, design and standards, processes and best practices 5%- Stay current on SAP NetWeaver Technology. *Qualifications: * Graduate degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related field 10+ years IT experience designing enterprise systems with an emphasis on globally available applications with minimum 8 years of experience in NetWeaver technology, including 2004s (v7) and 7.1, ECC v6 and CRM. Expertise across SAP systems and components (e.g. NWDI, EP, BI, PI, MDM). Windows / SQL and UNIX / Oracle experience in a Production SAP environment Subject Matter Expert on SAP landscapes and related architecture with background in Service Oriented Architecture Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies Strong experience as primary technical leader on successful large application development projects with the ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously with multiple complete life cycle implementation of SAP (with at least 8 years experience). Desired experience with integration of SAP with other systems such as BizTalk, .NET and Metastorm. SAP NetWeaver application development knowledge. Experience must include application development skills in ABAP, Java, and .NET. Preference to those with large/complex implementation experience in SAP ECC 6.0, CRM, BW 7.0 or higher. Experience with ECC 6, CRM, ERP 2004 or greater, NW2004 or NW2004s (or 7.1), BW7.0/PI/Portal/MDM Should have good knowledge of the Microsoft platform (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint) and the interoperability between Microsoft and SAP products Should have experience defining Infrastructure requirements and design to support SAP installations In-depth knowledge of application, database, system, and network design with a strong understanding of enterprise standard design / development tools and methodologies (i.e. UML, BPM, VS.NET, Zachman, TOGAF) Strong ability to interact with all levels of the organization (from junior staff to senior executives). Strong collaboration skills, communication and influencing skills with fluency in English. Work effectively with a distributed multi-culture international team, across time-zones with minimal supervision. Available to travel internationally and nationally at short notice.
