Greetings of the day!!! *Please share resumes to* *[email protected]* <[email protected]>* at earliest.* *Below is the job description for your consideration:* *JD as follows:* Role: SAP Project Manager Location: ST Paul, MN Duration: 12 - 18 Months Rate $DOE/hr The MDM team is looking for an IT Project Manager to drive key MDM initiatives. This position will be heavily involved with the MDM development work and integration with supporting systems. This position interfaces with various levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes. The Project Manager will negotiate to resolve customer issues by seeking win-win solutions that add value to the customer. The Project Manager knows the business and/or seeks information about the underlying needs of the business. Responsibilities: •Manages the overall project lifecycle through Ecolab’s management process from planning to post-implementation on large, complex IT projects •Creates and maintains project plans, establishes time and cost estimates, and ensures projects are deployed within expectations for, schedule, quality, and cost •Provides direction to matrixed project teams by determining and communicating skill requirements, assigning tasks, measuring and addressing performance, and managing resource utilization •Coordinates communication plans for projects across all stakeholders •Monitors project progress and maintains regular status communications with appropriate stakeholders •Manages expectations on project delivery through regular assessment of project progress and timely communication of impact to stakeholders •Responsible for tracking and management of project issues and risks •Act as the single point of accountability to IT and Business Partners for projects within their responsibility •Meet with business partners to understand and interpret needs and priorities and translating business concepts into high level requirements •Follows established standards and governance – providing process improvement recommendations and promoting continuous improvement •Facilitate daily team sessions in order to remove barriers and help the team drive to product delivery •Understand and help the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog as well as understand highest business priority and value •Coach the team for Agile principles, values and practices Preferred Qualifications: •PMP Certification Experience managing MDM projects -- Thanks & Regards, *Srikanth* *HCL Global Systems Inc* *Desk: 248-473-0720 Ext: 179* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
