Detailed wireframes
Screen specifications artifacts
Software capabilities:
Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Axure, InVision, Sketch, Flinto
PowerPoint
Experience Required:
UX Generalist Qualifications:
5+ years of UX Design working with enterprise level website
and mobile applications
Experience working in Agile
Requires education and/or experience in digital graphic design
Strong digital and mobile UX Experience in tools like Axure,
Invision, Sketch, Flinto
In-depth experience in the following software: Adobe Creative
Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in handling Web design issues including browser
usability and cross-platform compatibility
Experience in Responsive web design and e-commerce
Experience working with Human Interface Guidelines and
Material Design
Experience in creating end to end detailed user experiences
UX innovation experience
UX / Usability testing experience preferred
Must be able to provide a portfolio for consideration
Roles & Responsibilities:
UX Generalist Responsibilities will include but are not
limited to:
Serves as User-Centered Design (UCD) consultant and User
Experience (UX) Design subject matter expert
Co-ordinates with various partners such as UX Leadership,
Business and Systems Analysts, and UX researchers.
Leverages established digital experience standards, style
guides and pattern libraries to create consistent user experiences, and
files deviation exception requests as necessary
Produces scalable site structures, user interface (UI)
frameworks and interactive experiences based on business requirements
Produces visual assets and visual design comps that improve
usability and align with defined interaction design patterns, Creative
Direction and Aspirational Experience Strategy
Promotes the continuous improvement of UCD processes, UX
Design operational strategy, UI framework and digital experience standards,
templates and artifacts
Creates information architecture, interaction designs, and
associated documentation for web sites and applications
Generic Managerial Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Excellent team player
Consensus building skills
Independent decision making and judgement
Independently manage Stakeholder Meetings
Detail-oriented
The ability to effectively take direction and work both
collaboratively and autonomously
Strong problem-solving skills
