Closely working with Client’s Leadership team, Architect, customer IT team and application development teams. - Experienced in leading development projects in Microsoft and Java based platform. - Prior hands on experience as a technical lead providing design and solution on development assignments. - Candidate should have worked in onsite/offshore delivery model. - Strong communication written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate to various levels of leadership in the organization. - Experienced in Agile framework and implementing the same across development assignments. - Experienced planning project delivery and tracking issues/risks/defects in Rally - Leading effort to work closely with business and other IT stakeholders on requirements and tracking for changes. - Lead effort to facilitate requirement discussion with business and IT development team. - Work closely with offshore based development team for estimation and planning/tracking in Rally.
