Technical Capabilities with Expert domain knowledge in contact center
Working experience on multiple Application Development Methodology and
Contact Center Platform Implementation (At least two of the platforms -
Cisco, Avaya and Genesys) Strong Knowledge in Cisco components such as ICM,
CVP, CUCM, CUSP, Speech IVR, VXML along with IVR Application integration
and support Strong Knowledge on Avaya products CCM, CMS, AES, Session
manager, Context Store and One-X Gainable knowledge on GENBAND SBC Good
experience in supporting domain specific enterprise level project
implementation Certifications (if any) CCNA/CCIE/ACS/VXML Membership
Requirements



*Responsibilities of the Role:-*

Knowledge of end-to-end contact center solutions including infrastructure
and application design

Supporting the overall solution and design aspects to the customer and
business users to ensure the design and deliverables will meet the business
objectives

Managing and guiding the team in covering the CR implementation and Post
operation support

Provide On-call support during lien hours and weekends to focus and resolve
any critical activities or outages

Handholding various project stakeholders with respect to the technology
that is delivered, products and offerings that are factored into the
solution

Participate in weekly review calls and represent team from the technology
standpoint and support the project management in tracking the project
deliverables and customer meetings

Track and report on ticket volume and close rate at least monthly by ticket
type and Create/update knowledge base content to reduce unnecessary
touch-points

Work with the presales and sales teams to review the SoW and position a
better solution during sales cycle 9.Perform Business Continuity failovers
and log results to failover tracking site on each system and frequency
determined

Conduct regular workshops / trainings to share knowledge on new learnings
Integrate industry best practices and tools to drive automation and
efficiency where appropriate.
