*Tableau Certification MUST* *Required Lead experience * *Key Purpose of the Role:* The primary purpose of the role is the design, build, deploy and improve all internal and external regular analytical reporting functionality. Required to contribute to the extension of our group reporting and visualization capabilities using Tableau, driving towards the strategic objective of making reports more visually appealing and engaging through use of interactive dashboards. Principle areas of focus are: Create and maintain a suite of best in class Tableau dashboards that meet the reporting needs for internal stakeholders and customers. Keep ahead of new Tableau functionality and drive implementation of new and better dashboards as & when appropriate Enhance current reporting outputs, moving them from the legacy MS Office based approach to Tableau providing enhanced visualization & usability Ensure all Tableau dashboards are rigorously tested, documented and quality controlled to deliver the most accurate and compelling outputs for internal stakeholders and customers *Key Responsibilities:* Take ownership of all aspects relating to the quality of data across all generated reports & dashboards, maintaining clear well-defined processes for monitoring, checking and validating accuracy Take a leading role for developing and distributing a series of world class reporting and visualizations for internal and external customers Identify opportunities for improving efficiency of the end-to-end reporting and data visualization processes, subsequently contributing to their implementation Identify the best methods and processes for building and distributing Tableau dashboards, gaining buy-in for deploying them within the company and working with the necessary technology and data teams to get them successfully deployed Act as a key point of contact for Tableau functionality queries and provide innovative suggestions to support business requests Work with technology and other departments to develop the breadth of reporting available including new data sources and new data visualizations Support the reporting and data visualization agenda across the business, contributing to best practice for Tableau reporting and data visualization.
