Salesforce Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months + Location is at Salem, NH site (near Boston, MA) or RDU site (near Raleigh, Durham, Cary, RTP in NC) Salesforce - Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years experience in business systems analysis + 2-4 years of Salesforce.com administration experience including Community Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, VisualForce. Description The Business Systems Analyst role will own projects and system enhancements through the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing). Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis. 2-4 years of Salesforce.com administration experience including Community Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, VisualForce. Minimum SFDC certifications required: Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Strong understanding of SalesForce.com capabilities and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to customers. 2-4 years of service industry experience also preferred. 2 years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally. 2 years of experience building user centered design Experience with various salesforce modules including: Community Cloud and Lightning.
