Reliability Engineer El Segundo CA Job description: Develop and implement overall maintenance strategies and programs for clients whilst seeking opportunities to improve them utilizing the latest in data analytics techniques Hands on and strong implementation experiences of SRCMFacilities engineering processes, principles, and maintenance & reliability functional excellence capability Reliability tools such as RCFA, FMEA, Weibull analysis, statistical analysis, etc. Support in Meridium APM, Risk Based Inspection, Asset Answers, SAP/Maximo. Business Process mapping, process optimization/process modelling experience Lead or assist with investigations, providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects: alignments, balancing, ODS and RCA Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, availability and/or performance Provide assistance in maintenance, reliability, MIQA, and PSM best practices Provide support, mentoring and technical reviews for other consultant colleagues in the group in predictive and preventive maintenance practices Expectation for the role: Atleast 5-10 years of experience in Reliability Engineering implementing RCM, SRCM, TPM & FMEA/FMECAClear understanding of RCM process and inputs needed for RCM process a. Example -reading and interpreting P&IDs for RCM processes RAM analysis - process with respect to process and creating block diagram a.
