Understands priorities and can work to deadlines. In depth Understanding of troubleshooting, Logs and data they contain, Performance analysis, Networking, TCP/IP basics, Load Balancing Skills Desired • Proven “one call” closing ability and must be willing and able to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis • Knowledge and ability to think creatively, proactively, and independently; ability to motivate, lead, and interact with a variety of teams/Lob’s/persons throughout the organization; ability to facilitate meetings, prepares reports, and manages data and provide reporting to senior management • Extensive software skills & competencies are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
