Description • Drive the discovery, design and execution of a wide variety of data solutions for external clients
• Provide hands-on guidance and oversight on all aspects of solution delivery: estimation, design, management, implementation, delivery and more.
• Determines and documents legacy database requirements by analyzing customer's existing systems, operations, applications, schema, data and databases/file systems.
• Architects and develops new database solutions by designing proposed system, schema, data transformations, defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary.
• Provides database support by coding utilities, responding to user/developers questions, and resolving any roadblocks/challenges.
• Guide the team of developers in transformations, business logic, and migrating data from legacy systems to new solutions based on AWS by building data pipelines.
• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements |
