*Technical/Functional Skills:*

•         PeopleSoft Technical – E2 level

•         PeopleSoft Enterprise - Product Configuration (Functional)
(Benefits Module)– E3 level

•         PeopleSoft Enterprise - Functional - Human Capital Management– E3
level

•         PeopleSoft Enterprise - Product Configuration (Functional)
(Compensation Module)– E2 level

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

•         Working directly with customers across global on benefits and
compensation as SME and also interacting with vendors

•         Resolving benefits and compensation related issues

•         Implementing and configuring Benefits and compensation in
PeopleSoft

•         Providing RTB support for PeopleSoft HR and Payroll systems

•         Writing  SQL programs

•         Contributes throughout project life cycles.

•         Test and reconcile designs to source systems and business
specifications. This includes understanding business processes and
translating them into requirements

*Generic Managerial Skills:*

·         Good communication and collaboration skills

·         Leading from the front
