Experience in collecting/documenting Ecomm requirements for SFCC platforms. Sound knowledge on SQL queries. Experience in transforming data into information, highly organized, technically-minded and excellent communication skills. Analyzing, Documenting and Monitoring of various business initiatives and business requirements. Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, effectiveness or success, and oversee the collaborative process of implementing improvements. Experience with Agile SDLC. Experience in working closely with Product Owners or business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are mandatory as a candidate has to demo and participate in various meetings. Experience in JIRA/Confluence would be an added advantage. Nice to have Redial OMS (ROM) experience to gather/understand supply chain related requirements.
