The Analyst will be responsible for project documentation and resource reporting by assisting in the preparation and communication of clear performance reporting. Responsibilities: • Capture end-to-end business requirements, identify interdependencies and ensure clarity across portfolios. • Document PMO delivery standards, processes, practices, and tools. • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop scorecards and dashboards for projects. • Create reports to analyze and track performance of strategic initiatives being implemented. • Design and develop business processes with the program team to ensure business operations are clear, have assigned owners, and are standardized. • Provide detailed documentation of business requirements for portfolios, business process documentation. • Define customer experience impacts, business and IT test planning and support, and business continuity planning. • Verify project requirements, support user acceptance testing (UAT), test strategy, test case development, and incident impact analysis. • Develop expert-level knowledge of the company’s data structure to allow for easy extraction and manipulation of data to answer various business questions. • Translate analytical results into creative solutions that enhance performance. • Conduct Post Implementation Review Support. Must have specific Web projects exp with ( Wireframe, annotations, testing multiple browsers and form factors, etc), Mobile experience (and understands that gathering or requirements for Mobile is different from other projects), and CRM experience (must have worked on CRM implementation projects from start to finish, and understand the key considerations of what is involved in doing so.) needs a BA who can ask the tough gathering of requirements questions and really dig / extract from the business/ product owners - Why?, What?, How?, When?, By When, For Who, For Whom? For How Much? But Why? – This is absolutely key this is where our current consultant is lacking. Knows how to work with business/clients and build a relationship to understand their business needs (requirements elicitation) Can translate those needs into business and technical documentation (requirements documentation) Must have experience working with development teams preferably . Net environment Any Salesforce web exp highly preferred. Be out of the box thinker – solve challenges – problem solver - Must have exceptional communications and writing skills ( written, oral) – Be able to make presentations and conduct meetings as need be.
