Duration: 1 year 1. PM for Exchange move from on-prem Client to on-prem client & O365 takeover 2. PM Global Skype – Refresh / Redesign – Take over and rebuild in our data center / Cloud 3. PM for a Global Video Conference redesign – Standardize Global Deployment with Crestron. 4. PM for Network and IP telecommunication environment 5. PM for SAP servers decommissioning - exit 6. PM for Database services 7. PM for End-user and PC support projects 8. PM for general infrastructure activities and projects · PMP certification highly preferred · Preferred to have a bachelor of computer engineering or IT or having Network certificate · Minimum5 years of experience in project manager for global scale initiatives · Understands the confidentiality of information and have a deep understanding of how to share information with the right parties · Highly skilled in Communicating clearly, ensuring expectations are met, and present the correct level of information based on audience · Responsible for the delivery of infrastructure and deliver the result through all stages of the project life cycle (from the initiation phase to implementation and close out phase ) · Function as a central point of contact between external vendors and internal stakeholders · Hands-on experience with projects that need a deep understanding of Network design and implementation, LAN/WAN and IPV4 andIPV6 · Hands on and clear technical understanding of enterprise scale IPv4 renumbering and IPv6 deployment · Work closely with assigned Infrastructure andNetwork Architect and technical team to track action items and assign tasks and integrate it to project status report · Highly skilled in working with MSPs and creating project plans, Deliverables, Timelines, Dependencies, Assumptions · Responsible to identify and manage project scope and monitor Project Change, Risks and Issues · Responsible to set up regular status calls with internal and external team members to run the project and connect the key technical and business stakeholders to deliver on time and budget · Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies establish mitigation or action plans and escalate them as necessary · Provide weekly status report to the stakeholders Thanks...
