Coordinate with offshore team and business teams to prioritize tickets and communicate status 3. Perform and monitor daily/weekly monitoring and data validation tasks with offshore team 4. Identify solutions for recurring issues - propose best practices and implement those 5. Identify and implement solutions for optimizing long running jobs/queries 6. Identify and implement ideas for automating regular data validation tasks that this team currently does manually 7. Organize meetings with different stake holders and teams to prioritize and resolve critical tickets 8.
