Position                       :           SAP Training Adviser (190023)

Location                      :           Rosemead, CA


The Consultant will work closely with the client to develop the detailed
project plan, perform project reviews, and coordinate efforts to accomplish
the project tasks.



*Role and responsibility include:*

o   *Conduct Training Strategy Assessment*

•        Assess program training development strategy to define delivery
scope and requirements

•        Analysis of Training Delivery needs

•        Identify learning gaps where appropriate

•        Provide best practice recommendations to execute/organize training
delivery activities to meet the program objectives, such as scope,
schedule, and successful training results.

•        Assess Training Delivery audience groups and recommend where to
integrate applicable “Best Practices” that enable proficiency result in the
adoption to train solutions.

•        Identify applicable Training Delivery Methods.

•        Assess and recommend training evaluation and effectiveness
measurements

•        Recommend methods to validate “Knowledge Transfer” deliverable is
effectively completed by Service Integrator Training Development Lead.

•        Assess Super User Plan

•        Assess Post Go-live Strategy and Plan that details the approach
and plan for training post go-live. Criteria used to determine if
additional training is needed. Recommended delivery method (instructor-led,
eLearning, communication).

o   *Develop Training Delivery Approach and Requirements*

•        Delivery recommended approach using proven effective Training
Proficiency Model

•        Develop approach to maximize computer-based (eLearning), practice,
and or proficiency labs where appropriate. Include benefits, risks, and
ways to mitigate.

•        Develop Super User execution approach and ways to measure
effectiveness

•        Collaborate with System Integrator on training development
deliverables including Knowledge Transfer outputs meet program goals

•        Recommend Train for the Trainer (a.k.a. TTT) assessment approach
around Knowledge Transition effectiveness

•        Recommend delivery key performance indicators (KPIs)

•        Create training delivery status report templates

•        Alignment and/or enhancement to existing or desired Training
metrics

o   *Develop Training Delivery Plan*

•        The Consultant will prepare a detailed Training Delivery Plan to
execute  Training Delivery Milestones including a high-level summary of the
plan.

•        Create Executive Level reports and presentations to communicate
status, and report key training delivery risks and/or issues.

•        Confirm Training Strategy deliverables meet requirements for Super
Users and make recommendations where applicable.

o   *Build Training Delivery Tracking & Reporting Tool*

•        Develop training enrollment process and communication plan for
impacted stakeholders

•        Measure end-user enrollment through implementation, stabilization
and completion.

•        Use Success Factor as the SAP-compatible tool that uses to track
compliance and other training today. This activity can include, but not
limited to assessment of participant adoption/acceptance, training and
trainer effectiveness.

•        Leverage established Organizational Readiness, Change Management,
and Project Management processes to escalate any issues and/or risks
immediately.

•        Automated method to accurately capture end-user attendance from
enrollment to execution

•        Automated method to accurately capture super-user effectiveness
(classroom, practice labs, proficiency labs).

•        Automated method to accurately capture trainer and course
effectiveness after classroom training.

•        Provide proven samples to demonstrate experience with SAP Success
Factors Tool integration and advanced feature or capability.

•        Methods to accurately capture end-user proficiency.



*Requirements:*

•        Experience in Electrical Utility Industry, SAP CR&B
implementation, and learning technologies.

•        Experience conducting training assessments and developing training
strategic plans.

•        Experience verifiable training delivery experience.

•        Proven experience with integration and advanced feature or
capability of SAP Enable Now, Success Factor, and other Learning Management
System Reporting Tools.

•        Must have SAP application and training implementation experience

•        Must have proven skills with MS products including MS Project,
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.

•        Experience in learning delivery products including those that
provide training effectiveness / proficiency and adoption metrics.

•        Consultant shall provide recommendation of industry learning
technologies other training delivery products including those that provide
training adoption metrics

•        Candidate must be able to develop Advanced Learning Reports from
SAP Success Factor

•        Must have demonstrated experience in Training Adoption Reporting
Tools.
