· To take care of the Run management of the applications which
involves Support, Maintenance, Defect Fix & Minor Enhancements
· To handle Incident management / Coding activities prioritized by
clients, co-ordination with offshore team and liaise with customers on
daily basis
· Require hands on experience with mentioned skillsets to handle
day to day activities
· Require good communication skill to involve in business meetings
and proposing proactive solutions for business queries
· Exposure towards Production support activities, SLA handling,
Incident management, Problem management, Continuous Improvements, etc.,
· Flexible to work for providing 24 x 7 support coverage
