Looking for a Senior level Angular developer, preferably 3 years of experience with Angular, specific to front end programming. Of which, 2 years of experience working with Angular (2+). We are looking for individuals that have worked thru upgrading an app from Angular JS to Angular or other frameworks. As well as having the responsibility of creating a project from the ground up using the Angular framework. A connection with the user community by contributing to a popular JavaScript/UI framework, and any links to presentations they may have done. *Job Responsibilities:* -Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals. -Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. -Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met -Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design -Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications *Qualifications:* -Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required -8+ years experience required -Experience in software design and development -Experience in professional UI development -Experience with data-driven UI development -Strong communication and problem solving skills The ideal candidate would possess expert knowledge in the following areas: • JavaScript • RESTful API’s • HTML and CSS • Protractor and unit testing • Modular development using well known design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) • Debugging and development tools – IDE • Document Object Model (DOM) • Pull Request (PR) and code review process Furthermore the candidate would have a solid understanding of the following items: • Version Control • Dependency Injection • Reactive Design • W3C standards (web components, etc.) • Build automation • Agile methodologies • UI build systems (Webpack, Angular CLI, etc.) It would be nice if the candidate had experience or understanding of the following items: • Typescript • Responsive Design • Progressive Web Apps • Application security • Web Content Accessibility (508) • AWS • Docker • Command line knowledge Candidates should also be able to talk about core values that are important to FINRA: • Communication • Creativity • Adaptability • Teamwork • Ownership of work *Regards,* *K.
