SAP SD (Data Migration) Albany, NY 6+ months
Description: * The expectation of the role is that the Data Migration lead has overall understanding of the SAP Data Migration Objects and able to do project and people management Key requirements are below: * SAP Consultant with SD or MM or PP background * Acts a focal point between Master data team from customer side, SAP workstream leads (functional consultant) and the Data migration development team located at Onsite/offshore * Accountable for data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation * Responsible for applying global deployment method and managing risks/issues * Aligns/plans other data-related requirements with the Project Manager. * Manages overall communications and provides weekly Data Readiness status reports * All Process Area Data Experts for the deployment site report to the Data Migration Lead. * Works with SAP solution leads and Customer master data team in an onsite/offshore model The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel needed.
