Strong object oriented design and development and interpersonal skills are required. *QUALIFICATIONS:* The Following List of Skills/Experience Are Required: Experience in the following technologies: ∙ *Leadership experience – at least 1 year* ∙ 10+ years of Java/J2EE experience ∙ Object oriented design and development, using Java ∙ Java (6/7) User Interface (AWT and Swing) *Extensive experience with Swing is a MUST!* ∙ J2EE development (JSP, HTML, XML, Struts) ∙ JDBC, SQL and RDBMS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent experience required.
