Manufacturing Engineer Ludington MI Job Description * Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently or on a team Must be able to "dig" to find solution and not be passive of the issue/problem Detail oriented and efficient at multitasking Must be able to track multiple problems and issues at one time and prioritize work. Turn around <1 day on most cases, usually <1 hr for simple issues. * Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or other mechanical technical data. * Technical competency for mechanical assemblies and how parts are assembled (Fastener stack-up)Hyd assembly can be min. experience but should know basic understanding of how cylinders, manifolds, pumps work and read basic schematic CAD, ERP, PLM background to complete requested changes ASAP. * Video Capture the assembly process and create work instructions for each station. * Good experience in design of sheet metal and structural welding since candidate should be able to solve or at least study the problem at shop floor. * Experience in Hydraulic and pneumatic system, at least should be able to read the schematic. * Candidate should have hands on experience on Hydraulic assembly. e.g. Hydraulic interconnect, Hose fittings, tube fitting etc. * Good in coordinating with CFT team * Knowledge of tolerance stake up study will be advantage -preferable * Should have good communication skill.
