HW Design and Validation Engineer - Medical Batesville, IN JD: * Expertise in HW development & exposure to product development background. * Expertise in PCBA HW functional Validation and Qualification * Exposure to HW board design & development, testing, de-bug & System integration. * Exposure to system integration, HW testing and debugging skills & HW tools (Cadence/ Allegro flow, CRO, Multimeter, Saftey Analyzer etc). * Exposure to design qualification testing (EMI/EMC, Safety, and Environmental) * Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills * Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process Oriented. * Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners and geographically distributed teams. Primary skills: Experience: * 5 - 7 years of experience as HW design and validation engineer * Good written and verbal communications skills * Good organizational and multi-tasking skills * Familiarity with general lab equipment including oscilloscopes and power supplies. * Proficient with using Microsoft Word and Excel. * Experience with EMC testing Secondary Skills: Communications and collaboration with cross functional teams and all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
