*Type: Contract Opportunity* *Job Description: * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required. · 3-6 years performing in a developer, software engineer, application engineer or solution architect role. · Knowledge of Datastage ETL (mandatory) · Previous large/multiple project experience preferred, especially as relates to working with multiple teams towards a common goal · Knowledge of and/or experience with the Scaled Agile (Safe) framework. · Proficient skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, relentless improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. · Leads application of the principles, practices, and theory of the Scrum Master role in Agile development. · Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Agile process, tools, and techniques, including Program Kanban boards, User Story writing, Burndown techniques, and Retrospective facilitation. · Excellent communication and mentoring skills. · Strong knowledge and experience in developing large systems or many smaller systems. · Strong knowledge of Agile software development processes and techniques. · Understanding and translating complex technical concepts into easy to understand business language. · Strong leadership and team building skills.
