*Scrum master JD:* - At least 8+ years of experience, direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product - Work closely with product owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features - Oversee daily activities of project development teams and provide direction, coordinate and guidance as needed. - Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholder - Manage project scope to ensure delivery was compliant with scope defined in sprints - Managing product backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, and task breakdown - Create project management plans and coordinate delivery activities, build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth. - Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to project delivery requirements.
