Job Title: Automation Lead

Job Description:
. 5+ years work experience in BA/QA role, with exceptional analytic
and problem solving skills
. Strong functional web application testing experience
. Ability to learn fast and flexibility to work under pressure to
meet project deadlines
. Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
. Experience in back-end data validations (e.g. writing queries) and
system integration testings
. Hands-on experience with test automation in terms of scripting,
familiar with automation framework and support integrations with other QA
toolsets
. Detail oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and
written)
. Ability to advocate for QA best practices, great usability and
exceptional quality
. Quick learner and a team player
. BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field
Technical Skills:
. Domain experience in Rights Management (Rights ownership,
commission, royalty etc.)
. 3+ years managing onsite/offshore testing teams
. Exposure to performance/load testing in terms of tools and process
. QA Toolsets' experience in Selenium, UFT, TestComplete, SoapUI,
LoadRunner, qTest and JIRA
. Foundational understanding of new technologies and DevOps concepts
(e.g. Amazon Web Services, Data Analytics, Machine Learning)
. ISTQB Certification
