Please share the resume for the below mentioned position Sr. Embedded Software Developer Waterloo, Iowa Roles & Responsibilities The Sr. Embedded Software Developer will work in a high velocity and dynamic environment with a focused approach to quality, efficiency, and innovation. Our organizational culture sets a high standard of expectations for integrity, honesty, consistency in all that we do while striving to continuously raise the bar and improve our delivery and service whenever, and wherever possible. * Design, develop, test, and document embedded software for electromechanical and/or electrohydraulic subsystems for Off-Highway vehicles in the Agricultural Equipment domain * Create and develop software per the client's Software Development Process * Participate in control system design and analysis * Participate in functional and/or subsystem requirement reviews for both design and testing * Create technical documentation related to requirements, product design, product tests, and test results * Validate subsystem is meeting requirements through a combination of virtualized and hardware-based testing including desktop, bench test, and vehicle simulation * Analyze current production/experimental issues, perform activities for root-cause analysis, and create the appropriate action plans to resolve the issues * Provide technical support during system integration and testing activities in lab and in field on an as-needed basis * Provide necessary design documentation to support the development of service publications and operational documentation Tools & Technologies Utilized * Embedded Software Development * Full Software Development Lifecycle * Agile Development Framework * Embedded C++ * Vector PREEvision tool * AUTOSAR DaVinci tool * Model-Based Software Development * MATLAB * Simulink * Vehicle Control Systems related to Propulsion Systems * Embedded Microcontrollers in Mobile Applications * Knowledge, Skills & Abilities A qualified candidate does not have to meet all of the requirements for knowledge and experience listed here, however you should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of each point gained through real-world training and work experience. Above all else, you must have an innated desire to learn and to embrace your curiosity to push the boundaries of what is possible to continuously innovate and improve * A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study is not required; however it is strongly desired * Minimum of five (5) years of firsthand, professional experience developing Embedded Software for applications in the Truck & Off-Highway industry, Automotive industry, and/or Aerospace industry * Firsthand experience working on project(s) working within AUTOSAR architecture, and familiarity with AUTOSAR specific requirements is highly desired * Highly capable programmer with expertise in designing, developing, testing, and validating embedded software using Embedded C++ * Expertise in Vehicle Control Systems, Electromechanical subsystems, Electrohydraulic subsystems, Propulsion systems, and Vehicle Communication (CAN/J1939) * Expertise in creating required documentation to support the software design, testing/test results, and the development of service publications and operational documentation * Expertise with testing and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems * Expertise with Model-Based Software Development in MATLAB * Expertise with Simulink and/or State flow tools * Expertise with Vector PREEvision and/or AUTOSAR DaVinci tools * Proficient with programming embedded microcontrollers in mobile applications * Proficient with all phases of SDLC within an Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall development environment * Familiar with methodologies related to root-cause analysis * Familiar with desktop testing, bench testing, and in-field vehicle testing If I miss your call please send me an e-mail, I will get back to you shortly.
