This role serves as the LMS expert, performing day-to-day maintenance, guidance,troubleshooting, learning content uploads, reporting, implementation of LMSupgrades and enhancements, and maintaining the overall learnerexperience. In this role, you'll need to have expertise in the tools used to deliver andmanage learning, including learning management systems (LMS), video streaming,and content delivery platforms. Responsibilities Workday Learning Tactical/Consult • Provide consultative support and guidance on the proper usage andimplementation of learning objects within the LMS- including third-partycontent • Consult campaigning and campaign management beyondcompliance courses • Consult onWorkday Learning and learning experience platform user interface/ userexperience configurations (UI/UX) • Provide guidance on creating reusablereports and Worklets • IntegrateWorkday Version release updates (Program video scoring/ Consumption metrics/Playlists) • Create, document, and implement standard practices for contentpublishing within the LMS (i.e., course titles, descriptions, search terms,etc.) • Consult existing learning objects contained withinthe LMS and recommend solutions for updating / retiring existing learningobjects TITLE:WORKDAY HCM LOCATION: LOSANGELES, CA DURATION:6 MONTHS EXP:8-10 YEARS WORK AUTHORIZATION:ANY VISA Job Description: 1. Should have minimum of 6+ years exp in ITmainly on ERP products. 2. Goodfunctional knowledge on Core HCM, compensation, Payroll, Benefits, TimeTracking , Expense modules 3. Shouldhave atleast 2 years experience in WorkDay HCM with time tracking , expense ,compensation , payroll modules 4. Hands onBusiness process configuration, EIB, Reports creation with tools- reportwriter, BIRT , worklets/Dashboards, Analytical reporting 5. Should have very good experience of requirementgathering ,building, testing of workday reporting for large customers. 6. Implementation or Support projects experienceis a must. 7. Should have good communication & clientfacing skills TITLE:WORKDAY HCM LOCATION: SCHENECTADY,NY DURATION:6 MONTHS EXP:4-7 YEARS WORK AUTHORIZATION:ANY VISA JobDescription: - Functional or Testing experiences in Workday Core HCM, Payroll and time tracking modules. - Business Process Configuration. - Security Group Configuration. - Workday HCM certification /implementation experience are added advantage. Qualifications: - Overall 9 years of experience in HCM functional/testing in which 3+ years in Workday modules given above - Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
