*Role: Blue Prism Sr Developer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ * *Duration: 6-12 Months* *Visa Status: Any Visa*
The role involves supporting one or more RPA/Blue Prism projects through all phases of the lifecycle. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience across multiple RPA technologies. You will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions with the customers/business users to understand and document their processes in detail and validating the process details with your customers. You will develop the automated processes using state-of-the-art RPA products (primarily Blue Prism)and deploying them in the customer's environment. You will monitor, refine and improve your processes based on customer/user feedback. *Essential Business Skills:* •Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to deliver proposals; provide user support and interact with team members and other departments. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Change and conflict management skills, ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines. •Ability to build trusted relationships with business partners, team members and managers to develop solutions. •Flexible and agile attitude with respect to responsibilities and change that may be outside your control. •Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems through compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. •Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms, and systems *Required Technical Skills:* •10+ years IT experience across multiple technologies in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies, integration architecture, and patterns & performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of Senior Leadership. •2-3 years’ experience with Blue Prism, performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of a Senior leadership. •Understanding of RPA infrastructure setup. •Good understanding of assisted vs unassisted robotics implementations. •Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools. •Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools. •Programming experience with a major programming language Microsoft .Net (C#/VB.Net,ASP.Net) oJava. •Experience with various SQL database systems oMS-SQL, Oracle, RDBMS, MySQL. •Experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Node.JS, etc. •Excellent consulting skills – can review and critique designs built by other teams and Ensure that systems are built for change, scale, agility and reuse. •Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio. *Thanks...* *Uday Varanganti* *Recruiting Specialist* [email protected] *O: (785)380 8559 Ext:109* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
