*Tester to support current work assignments within the Healthcare project. * *Skills required*: 5+ years Healthcare, Performance Testing, SQL, ALM(Application Lifecycle Management), waterfall, Defect Management. LoadRunner. *Proficient in testing analysis and design, functional and performance models, and test specifications to: *o develop functional models for testing o develop performance models for testing o evaluate and validate test cases and scripts o validate functional models for testing o validate performance models for testing o develop test specifications, validate test specifications o validate testing coverage o escalate quality issues for resolution o evaluate test automation tools and validate testing environment in order to develop test specifications • Proficient in testing processes and tools to: o execute test cases and scripts o analyze test results o report on testing progress and results o facilitate defect resolution and document final test results in order to execute testing engagement • Knowledgeable of testing processes and testing metrics to: o review test summary report o provide testing project feedback and archive testing assets in order to verify completion of testing Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customers samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Specialist: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. Thanks...
