Thanks *Position: Java Production Operation Engineer* *Location: Bellevue, WA* *Duration: Full time* *Client: T-Mobile (HCL)* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Role is to be part of the production support team and drive improvements in operations by driving automation in operations *Mandatory Experience:* - Experience in handling production support of IT software (Online or E-Commerce or any IT systems) - Experience in DevOps methodologies and processes for production support especially knowledge of how the technology companies such as google implemented Production support (DevOps) - Experience in IT Systems software operations from triaging to reporting - Experience in driving automation programs to automate workflows in productions support, deployment and operations - Experience in any cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure etc) - Knowledge of incident management principles, procedures and techniques - Knowledge of issue resolution and escalation practices - Ability to provide acute attention to detail - Communicate effectively to all levels within the organization *Preferred Experience:* - General knowledge of tools and applications used in the program.
