JD: Interview business users to define, analyze and document existing business process, information systems, information and roles and responsibilities (for Medicare and Individual Lines of Business) Document existing business processes, information systems, information and roles and responsibilities and review with business users and update documentation based upon business user feedback Conduct and facilitate Joint Design sessions with business users from to design and document a common, better future state business process and associated information needs and roles and responsibilities (for Medicare and Individual Lines of Business) to support future state information systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud) including metrics and reports Document results from Joint Design session and review with business users, conduct feedback sessions and update documents based upon business users.
